Return and Refund Policy

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels attached.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Any product that has been used or damaged after delivery.
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do this via info@viladivacopenhagen.com.
2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. 

5. Refunds

- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@viladivacopenhagen.
  
7. Limitations of Liability

- Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Return and Refund Policy or your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
- We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the product or the inability to use the product.
